Since it opened in 1983, Runner’s Roost has not only been a place for customers to get exceptional service and quality running gear, but also somewhere for those customers to become friends. And, as a longtime runner and customer herself, it was this aspect of the store that made Michelle Fox want to become more involved.
“Growing up, my dad, brother and I were all runners, so we were longtime customers of the store. I always loved coming here because the employees were so knowledgeable and friendly and going there was always a fun experience.”
Now, years later, Michelle and her husband Rob are the owners of Runners Roost. And they continue to ensure that the store and its employees go above and beyond to not only help customers get fitted for the proper footwear for their needs, but also give each and every customer a wonderful experience so that they leave and come back with a smile on their face.
“Out of all the places they could have gone to shop, they chose us. And it’s an opportunity to show our gratitude by giving them an incredible experience and making them so happy they chose to shop at our store.”
